David Kemp - Owner
David Kemp is an Alamance County native who began lifting at Winners as a teenager. He quickly grew passionate about weight training and won a state title in bodybuilding in 2008. David enlisted in the US Army in 2010 and married Alicia soon after basic training in 2011. After serving six years as an active-duty airborne infantryman, including one tour to Afghanistan, David transitioned to the Army National Guard in 2016. David and Alicia then moved back home to Burlington to raise their family. He now works full-time as a structural steel project estimator while also remaining in the National Guard. David also continues to pursue his weight training passion through powerlifting. Winners Gym has always been a gym home for both David and Alicia, and they are excited to carry on the torch for the future of Winners!

Kristy Albright - Personal Trainer
Born and raised in Alamance county, Kristy Albright is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in strength and conditioning, weight-loss, and nutrition counseling. This is her story in her own words:
"You ever get to the point of being SO over yourself that you're just mad at the world? That's where I found myself 4 years ago. I was overweight, depressed, anti-social--name it! If you're currently feeling like this, just know that you are NOT alone and that I know exactly how that feels. I knew something in me had to change if I was going to become the greatest version of myself that I knew my family deserved--and hence the journey began!
Before becoming a NASM certified personal trainer, I lost 65+ pounds naturally and have fallen back in love with my life! I pride myself on helping others find their own powerhouse!"
